Business Cards

Part of any successful business is making and keeping new contacts. As much as the Internet has grown to become a major place where business meetings happen and contacts are made, face-to-face networking is still important to your company’s success. Of course, when you meet someone in person, they can’t just save your contact info with a couple of mouse clicks and have your information to get a hold of you later like they could over email or some other messaging system (at least not yet). That’s where a bit of traditional marketing still shines through with that tried and true marketing tool: the business card.

A well-designed business card at once tells your new contact that your business is serious and professional. A poorly designed business card will just as quickly tell your new contact that you saw people in suits hand these cards to each other in a movie once and you decided you needed one too, but didn’t put much thought into it past that. Add to that your rudimentary knowledge of Microsoft Word and a printer that doesn’t handle card stock too well and you’ve got an embarrassment waiting to happen every time you need to hand out your information. Thames Marketing can create a custom designed logo to put on your card, as well as an overall business card design that gets the necessary information across in a manner that properly reflects your company. Wingdings and comic sans fonts are probably right out, unless you’re running a clown company. Actually, never mind. Even for a clown company, windings is just not okay.

Just because you’re carrying around business cards doesn’t mean you can’t be high-tech about it, though. If you’d like to add a little more oomph to your exchanging of information and show your new contact that you’re on the cutting edge of technology, you might want to try our USB business cards. They function exactly the same as a regular business card with all of your contact information and custom logo on the surface, except they also have a USB flash drive that flips out to allow you to share pictures, video and other marketing material. Aside from being the most up-to-date form of business card, our USB business cards will also make you look really cool, which is, of course, our main goal in life.
